We had a great time at the summer project in August. The children composed two new songs, both with their own dance. We started the project with a visit to the Southbank to be inspired by the fabulous Kinetika Blocco. Well done to everyone involved for the fun and creativity!
On Thursday, 25th May, Woolwich Creative Club took a trip to Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in Greenwich. This world-renowned institution, particularly celebrated for its jazz program, is easily accessible by train or bus, making it a perfect destination for our young musicians.
In April 2023, the Woolwich Creative Club said goodbye to their old spot on Vincent Road and moved into the newly refurbished Tramshed.
Woolwich Creative Club welcomed Councillor Adel Khaireh, the cabinet member for Equality, Culture, and Communities. This visit was particularly special as it followed the exciting news that the club had been awarded one of the council’s 67 voluntary and community sector grants

In June 2022 Woolwich Creative Club welcomed Afrorack. AFRORACK® is an audio arts organization with the goal of helping the community develop and thrive through technology resources and they brought along some hardware for the students to enjoy.
